7 Low-Sugar Fruits with Big Health Benefits

Fruits get an undeserved bad reputation for being high in sugars when all they really want is to nourish you and give you their health benefits.

Sugar from fruits and refined sugar are not the same, and not all fruits are created equal. Fruits are nature’s candy, and they are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth the healthy way. Fruits help our bodies detoxify, supply us with doses of antioxidants, and replenish our bodies with vitamins and minerals.

Here are some fruits with the lowest amount of sugar:
