INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly under running water.
  2. Chop all ingredients into a size that best works for your juicer.
  3. Chop the kale and celery into small pieces — this helps reduce clogging or jamming of the juicer.
  4. Feed everything into your juicer, alternating between soft and hard ingredients.
  5. Drink and regain your health!
