Healthy Juice Recipes

Queen Of Green

Most green juice recipes have a lousy reputation in the taste department – yet they are highly beneficial to our health. This spinach juice recipe was my solution.

I created this recipe when I was a green juice newbie, looking for green juice recipes for beginners. I wanted the benefits of green juice without having to pinch my nose and chug it down. That’s why I call this the Queen of Green.

Don’t get me wrong, this juice is not particularly sweet, so it might still be a bit of a challenge to some. If you find yourself struggling, don’t worry! Add a green apple at first to sweeten things up, and then work your way up to green juice level: expert. The taste improves when chilled.

Also, feel free to put less ginger and turmeric at first. However, keep in mind that these are packed with health benefits, so promise me you’ll ramp up quantities as you go along.

Enjoy the green juice benefits of Queen of Green.

Ingredients

Cucumber
