I had bought these lovely-looking tangerines to eat as a snack. But as soon as I bit into the first one, I realized that they were not as sweet as I was hoping for them to be. Don’t you just hate it when that happens?
That’s the thing with fruits. You never know what they taste like, unless the store offers taste samples, of course.
So, instead of avoiding them until they go bad, I use them in my juice. For me, that’s the perfect way to use not-so-sweet fruits and not let them go to waste.
Tangerines
4 fruits
Carrots
7 medium
Cucumber
1 medium
Turmeric
2 thumb-size piece

Store in an airtight glass bottle or jar and refrigerate.
